One Act ~ Children’s ~ Approx. 20 min
Synopsis
When several well-meaning Romans attempt to retell Jesus’ stories, it takes some of Jesus’ earliest followers – Mary Magdalene, the woman from the well, and a former leper named Bob – to set the record straight. Lovingly dismantling some of our common misunderstandings, this play includes The Rich Man and Lazarus, The Pharisee and the Tax Collector, The Prodigal Son, and The Lost Cow … sorry, Cat … sorry, Sheep?
Written for 17 actors; cast size flexible. Adapted scripts available to reflect casting (e.g. casting a “Julius” instead of a “Julia”)
